This key role involves the administration and management of incoming telephone inquiries, generation of quotes and processing of orders to our local business partners. The responsibilities also include management of some aspects of stock, product returns, and general customer engagement to resolve conflicts.
This role reports to the sales manager and the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a skill set to be able to effect positive customer service outcomes.
• Experience in the communications cabling and related infrastructure industry.
• Proven track record of sales success and consistent meeting of KPIs.
• Experience in Supply Chain Services or distribution related industries.
• Must be able to demonstrate an understanding of established B2B selling strategies.
• Demonstrate an ability for excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrate excellent PC utilisation skills in all areas, and specifically a high level of aptitude with MS Excel
• Previous experience working in a high pressure and/or fast paced customer service environment is of value
• Experience within a customer service, sales, telesales, or the IT industry is of value
