Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Promote & maximize beverage sales, maintain the bar and pantry areas at all times, customer service, handling sales transactions.
• serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
• slice fruit to garnish drinks
• collect glasses from tables and place them in glass washing machines
• wipe down tables and empty ashtrays
• clean bar service area and polish glasses
• assist in stock control
• observe workplace hygiene as per USPH standards
• Performs any other duties assigned by the Head of Department.
• Candidates must be older than 21 years
• Able to speak fluent English
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in 5 star hotels/restaurants
• Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management will be appreciated
